On this double page spread there is much more text than the other spreads. This might put people off because there is lots of text and people who want to have a look at this magazine quickly might be put of by the amount of time it is going to take to read this page. However the text has used typical codes and conventions found in other magazines with the drop letter and the quote which breaks up the text. The audience might be put off by the text but they might be attracted to this page by the interesting picture which takes up a whole page. The title of this page is in the bottom left hand corner which is not a common place to put it but however it is common sense because if it was put at the top then it would be in the way of the band. The white title stands out well against dark background.
